About The Position

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated Project Manager for a range of transportation projects, including new roadway construction, roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction, traffic signals, and planning studies. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration, and teamwork. EEI is committed to individual opportunity and the professional development of its employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of experience working on a wide range of transportation projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to embrace and align with EEI’s mission and core values.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures, particularly Phase I and Phase II design requirements and MFT requirements.

Responsibilities
