This is a direct hire with the contractor. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Plumbing Project Manager to lead tenant improvement and commercial construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex plumbing systems within large-scale construction initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive leadership style, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in the construction industry.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing complex commercial plumbing projects (schedule, scope and budget)
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and leading internal teams, from kickoff meeting through completion
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lead mechanical scope discussions with clarity
• Proven ability to build team culture and deliver profitable projects

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple concurrent commercial plumbing projects
• Bid, budget, and estimate using proprietary methodology and industry standards
• Monitor field operations, crew productivity, and manpower
• Manage RFIs, SOVs, billing, and change orders
• Conduct job walks and site visits
• Lead and communicate effectively with field and foreman teams
• Build and maintain relationships across our commercial client base
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and internal support teams
• Participate in bi-weekly project manager meetings
• Drive project success through technical knowledge and strong leadership
