About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various project management tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project planning, work breakdown structures, risk and issue management, and meeting facilitation
• Ability to track project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Strong attention to detail and process quality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project
• Working knowledge of MS Visio and SharePoint

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Smartsheet and AI tools such as Copilot or SecureGPT is preferred
• 3+ years of healthcare, insurance, or related industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
