About The Position

Ponce-Fuess Engineering is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. Engineers at Ponce-Fuess design structures for commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial buildings. They develop and coordinate construction documents, coordinate with contractors, and visit construction sites on their own projects. They use state-of-the-art software for analysis, design, and drawing, work in a supportive team environment, enjoy broad advancement opportunities, and work with nationally known architects and developers.

Requirements

Degree(s) in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering
Professional Engineering Licensure
8-15+ years of recent related experience
Experience with Revit, RAM products, RISA, ETABS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Responsibilities
