The Project Manager interfaces with affected areas, including end users, distributors, and vendors, ensures adherence to quality standards, and reviews project deliverables. The position communicates project status to internal, external, and executive stakeholders. The role acts as the client’s point of contact during implementation and coordinates schedules, deliverables, change management, resources, budgets, risks, communications, and project closeout. It also oversees subcontractors and related legal and site matters, with support from the legal team. Travel generally takes about 50% of the position’s time and may be higher depending on project demands. Work takes place in offices, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
