About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager for a large-scale client project. The role supports the overall Program Manager in executing and delivering the client program, managing contract obligations, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving strategic initiatives to expand and grow the program. The Project Manager oversees day-to-day operations, manages risks and issues, monitors contract compliance and financial performance, and leads project teams. The position also maintains client relationships, identifies opportunities to enhance services, and tracks program performance through plans, schedules, metrics, and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of project management experience, including leadership roles in large or complex programs.
Strong understanding of contract management, compliance, and financial performance tracking.
Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships.
Experience driving strategic initiatives to grow programs and achieve business objectives.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

Support the overall Program Manager in the successful execution and delivery of the client program.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure contract obligations are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues that could affect program delivery.
Serve as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
Anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and responses to client concerns.
Identify opportunities to expand program scope, enhance services, and provide additional client value.
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and strategic initiatives aligned with the client’s long-term objectives.
Monitor industry trends and client priorities and recommend innovative solutions for business growth.
Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and monitor compliance with client deliverables and reporting requirements.
Track financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Lead and direct project teams, supporting alignment with program goals and objectives.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment through coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
Promote accountability, clear communication, and high-quality results.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
Track program progress and provide transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze performance data and implement lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
