The individual will plan, organize, and manage small to mid-scale projects for successful delivery of objectives, on time and within budget. And will continue to be responsible for the results long term. Initiates, engages, and motivates cross-functional teams to deliver results. Identifies and mitigates risk and escalates as needed. Tracks progress and drives documentation to support project needs. Ensures end to end leadership for implementations, integration, business readiness and communications. The team member will work on the FEP Health Services Liaison team. It's a small but very impactful team; directly impacting the divisions PIP and QAP goals. It requires regular interactions with operations, technical and health services Quality and Case Management teams. They should be able to lead a clinical pilot from inception to execution working closely with the Association and the vendor. In the FEP division, this role is the primary contact between the Association, and anything related to health services functions, which could include escalations from the Association and some coordination in the provider network space.
