About The Position

FusionSoft, a division of Harris, is seeking a Project Manager responsible for managing customer relationships during implementations and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting scope requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and proven problem-solving skills. This remote role is open to candidates in Canada and the US, requiring approximately 50% travel. Candidates must have a valid passport for international travel and be legally eligible to enter Canada, the US, and the Caribbean. Preference will be given to candidates who can work in the PST timezone. The company is committed to leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to improve workflows and efficiency. Candidates should be comfortable using AI-enabled technologies while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Education in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in managing software development projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess project progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Senior level project manager adept at communicating with various levels of an organization.
• Comfortable managing resources located throughout the world.
• Must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally.
• Must be willing to travel as necessary (30-50%).

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope of the project and changes to the project deliverables, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Explain implications of changes to project scope and priorities to client and management to ensure changes are understood and approved.
• Manage project financials.
• Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and reduce the impact on project timelines.
• Provide updates to the management team and coworkers on customer/project status.
