About The Position

Sentara Health is looking to hire a Remote Project Manager. This is a remote position. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects or workstreams within programs using waterfall or hybrid methodologies. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School / GED (Required)
• 2+ years of experience in project management/project coordination, or a similar role (Required)
• Experience in Healthcare (Strongly Preferred)
• Care delivery (ambulatory, hospital, post-acute), health plan, corporate/shared services (Strongly Preferred)
• Technical project management (Strongly Preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• One of the following certifications or equivalent (Preferred): Project Management Institute Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scrum, SAFe or equivalent
