The Project Manager supports the implementation of the research study under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI). The Project Manager is responsible for the recruitment of research participants, the management of the data collection, and oversight of the grant budget. The Geneva Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the operational, regulatory, and multi-site execution of a high-impact, multi-year Department of Defense (DoD) PRMRP research initiative. This program is developing a first-in-class, patient-matched 3D-printed orthopedic implant system (PM-SDIS) combined with a novel, non-eluting antimicrobial coating (DMPEI) designed to prevent biofilm infections and promote bone integration in severe trauma and limb-salvage cases. The Program Manager will serve as the central operational nexus coordinating activities across The Geneva Foundation, Boston University, the University of Pennsylvania and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Note: This part-time position requires 2 days per week on-site at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, with remote work for the remaining hours.
