YESCO is North America’s largest sign company, with over 100 years of experience designing, manufacturing, and installing some of the world’s most iconic signs. As a family-owned business, our legacy is built on craftsmanship, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Our employees are industry leaders who value teamwork, creativity, and delivering exceptional quality to our customers. At YESCO, you’ll find a supportive environment where your skills are recognized, and your contributions help shape the future of our industry. The Project Manager I supports the planning, execution, and completion of sign projects under general supervision. This role focuses on learning YESCO’s project processes while managing smaller-scale or less complex projects. Project Managers embody YESCO’s core values by delivering on commitments, acting with integrity, adapting to changing priorities, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Prior sign industry experience is preferred but not required; transferable project management skills are valued. As a Project Manager I, you might start your day by reviewing project schedules and checking on the status of ongoing jobs in production. You’ll communicate with vendors to confirm material delivery dates, work with designers to ensure artwork is approved, and coordinate with installation crews for upcoming site work. Throughout the day, you’ll track budgets, update project logs, and handle basic client updates. You may visit a job site to confirm measurements or attend a meeting with your supervisor to review progress on a project. This role is hands-on in learning YESCO systems and processes while contributing to successful project outcomes.
