About The Position

Hallmarc National Projects is an Australia-wide, end-to-end turnkey fitout company with over 22 years of building industry experience. Founded by Marcus Hall in 2016, we deliver fitouts across three core sectors – Retail, Hospitality and Commercial – with in-house joinery manufacturing on the Gold Coast and a trusted network of specialist trade partners nationwide. Our clients are a diverse cross-section of Australia’s leading brands – Just Group (1,000+ stores over 15 years), TAB, Zambrero, Industrie, Vodafone, and many more. Whether retail, hospitality or commercial, we deliver turn-key management solutions across sectors and at scale. We hold shopfitting licences in VIC, QLD, SA, WA and ACT. ‘Spaces to be remembered.’ We are Cm3 certified with zero incidents across a decade of operations. 98% of our 650+ projects have been delivered on time. 75% of our team have been with us for 5+ years. We are senior, experienced and we genuinely enjoy what we do – from the work itself through to our regular team events and annual award nights. Hallmarc is growing and we’re adding a Project Manager to strengthen our delivery capability across retail, hospitality and commercial fitout projects nationally. This is a hands-on PM role – you’ll own projects end-to-end, from initial concept through manufacturing coordination, trade management and quality handover. Beyond delivery, this role carries a genuine account management responsibility. You’ll manage existing client relationships and actively contribute to building new ones – not as a sales function, but as a PM who understands that the best new work comes from doing exceptional work and staying close to the people who matter. You’ll work directly with an experienced GM + Managing Director and a small, senior team (Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Accounts). No bureaucracy, no layers. We are a fun, energetic business with an experienced-operator mindset and a genuine ‘can do’ client attitude. If you’re ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment and thrive in a team that works hard and celebrates together, we’d love to hear from you.
