About The Position

The P58 Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager is a champion of the corresponding business processes and endorsing the one global template. As a P58 Project Management Office Project Manager you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans for the area of Communications and Change Management. You will facilitate the fulfillment of project deliverables on time and with agreed quality, while reporting status. You will provide guidance to the countries and transfer know-how, and ensure proper communication for change impacts to countries during all roll-out deployment phases. This role also involves supporting the key user environment in the wave countries if applicable for the respective area of responsibility, and supporting and organizing knowledge transfer sessions in alignment within Local and Global P58 Communities. Additionally, you will coordinate the testing of the local design during user acceptance testing (Forms, HR interfaces and RAR) and support project documentation and facilitate follow-ups with clear action items.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of experience highly preferred
Dedicated experience with SAP and Financial Systems
Willing to travel up to 20%

Established knowledge and experience in area of Communications and Change Management
Affinity to Healthineers Business Processes & IT (dedicated SAP skills), project KPIs, and analysis
Superior facilitation and presentation skills

Strong Project management experience

Responsibilities
