About The Position

The Project Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) supports the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion and ensures alignment with business objectives and adherence to PMO standards. This role reports to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, track risks, and support enterprise reporting while contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and drive stakeholder accountability
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and collaborative
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in cross-functional or enterprise environments
  • Experience with system implementations, integrations, or operational initiatives preferred
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred
  • Experience on Monday.com or related project management tool

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, which includes development of timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive stakeholder accountability
  • Identify project risks and escalate concerns to the Head of PMO with recommended solutions
  • Perform process walkthroughs to identify operational or financial reporting risks
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular status reporting and portfolio visibility
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, tools, and governance processes
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and promote adoption of project management tools such as Monday.com
