About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager / Delivery Lead with 2–5 years of experience to lead the OSS Provisioning portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of technology projects related to platform and UI portal initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management or delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the telecommunications domain.
  • Familiarity with OSS (Operations Support Systems) and provisioning processes.
  • Exposure to SAFe Agile framework or Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of platform and UI portal-based project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery for OSS Provisioning initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution of projects.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across business and technology teams.
  • Drive project lifecycle activities including: Planning and scheduling, Development coordination, System Integration Testing (SIT) & Production deployment and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against project scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintain and manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, including mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Provide weekly status reporting to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and key milestones.
  • Manage and forecast the Provisioning portfolio budget, ensuring accurate month-over-month financial tracking.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
