About The Position
We are conducting a paid study to understand how mid-sized and enterprise teams use project management technology for work tracking. The goal is to identify friction points in daily collaboration and areas where software can better support complex workflows, ultimately informing how teams evaluate and deploy these platforms at scale. Participants will engage in a 30-minute virtual interview to discuss their current project management stack, walk through a typical week of task tracking, delegation, and reporting, and reflect on the strengths and limitations of their primary tools and their integration into broader organizational processes. The conversation will focus on first-hand experience managing complex projects.
Requirements
- US-based project manager, product manager, or team lead
- Actively use platforms like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet on a daily or weekly basis
- Experience coordinating workflows in a mid-sized or enterprise organization
- Comfortable discussing team collaboration and task delegation processes
