About The Position
We're running a paid study on the day-to-day workflows of legal, contract, and procurement professionals. Our goal is to map out the complexities of modern contract lifecycle management, from initial drafting to final execution. Understanding these operational realities helps us identify areas where new tools can streamline the process and reduce administrative friction. You will participate in a 60-minute virtual interview via video call. During the session, we will ask you to walk us through your standard procedures for reviewing, approving, and managing contracts. You will discuss the software tools you currently rely on and highlight any workflow bottlenecks you frequently encounter. Finally, we will ask for your feedback on potential solutions designed to simplify procurement and legal operations.
Requirements
- Professional experience in legal operations, procurement, or contract administration
- Hands-on involvement with reviewing or approving vendor agreements
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management software or related tools
- Comfortable discussing detailed operational workflows in a virtual interview setting
