HR Professionals: Interview On Technology And Workflows
About The Position
We're running a paid study on the current landscape of human resources technology. Our goal is to understand how HR teams manage their daily workflows, track employee data, and handle core administrative tasks. This research will help improve future HR software tools by identifying common pain points and usability gaps in existing platforms. You will participate in a 60-minute virtual interview conducted over video call. During the session, you will walk us through your typical daily workflows and discuss how you interact with your primary HR software. We will ask for your candid feedback on specific processes, highlighting what works well and where bottlenecks occur. After the interview, you may be invited to complete optional follow-up exercises to evaluate new concepts.
Requirements
- Active professional in human resources or people operations
- Experience using dedicated HR technology platforms for daily tasks
- Comfortable discussing administrative workflows and software pain points
