As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our expanding portfolio of civil construction projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. At Infracon, Safety. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to completion and close-out. This role works closely with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This position requires a proactive, organized, and solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment. Project demands, timelines, and priorities may shift based on operational needs, requiring strong adaptability and decision-making skills. The Project Manager will also contribute to improving project execution processes, cost tracking, reporting, and overall project performance across the organization. You are a results-driven construction professional with strong leadership and project management experience in civil construction environments. You understand the complexities of managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and balancing cost, schedule, and quality. You are confident working with field teams and stakeholders, making timely decisions, and anticipating project risks before they impact progress. You bring a strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, and scheduling, along with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. You are highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
