As a Project Manager dedicated to this Enterprise account, you will be involved in leading projects and individual workstreams throughout the design, procurement, construction, furniture installation, workplace transition, and close-out process. This includes coordination with client IT and technology teams. You will support the delivery of retail, commercial, and corporate office fit-out projects, including tenant improvements, workplace modernization initiatives, office relocations, and occupied-space renovations. You will work with client stakeholders to establish project budgets, schedules, and project delivery strategies during the feasibility and planning stages. This role involves setting up and leading project meetings, recording meeting minutes, tracking action items, and driving deliverables to completion. Ensuring project compliance with client governance requirements, document controls, file management standards, and reporting processes is crucial. You will collaborate and coordinate with client stakeholders, corporate real estate teams, facilities management, workplace services, consultants, client direct vendors, landlords, property managers, and contractors. Coordinating workplace technology requirements, including structured cabling, AV systems, security systems, access control, and other office infrastructure requirements is also part of the role. Providing regular project reporting, status updates, budget forecasts, and schedule updates to client stakeholders is expected. You will monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying risks, and recommending solutions to mitigate impacts to project objectives. Managing procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, recommendation, and appointment of consultants, contractors, furniture vendors, and other project partners is key. Establishing quotations, purchase orders, and order placement with client direct vendors and service providers, as well as coordinating contracts, service agreements, and Master Service Agreements throughout the project lifecycle are important responsibilities. Managing project change orders and ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and financial controls are maintained is essential. Attending regular site visits during construction to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, and preparing and administering project observation and site inspection reports are required. Processing payments to consultants, contractors, and direct vendors in coordination with the consultant team, and managing deficiencies and punch-list activities through project completion are also part of the role. Participating in commissioning, testing, and turnover activities to ensure operational readiness, and supporting occupancy planning, move management, workplace transitions, and business continuity requirements where applicable are expected. Administering and coordinating project close-out documentation, including warranties, as-built documentation, lessons learned workshops, and final project reporting are the final stages of project management.
