Harvey
•$120,900 - $181,300•Onsite

About The Position

The Workplace Project Manager turns Harvey’s workplace playbooks and standards into delivered projects and programs, including office moves and openings and global initiatives such as health and safety programming, design standards, emergency response planning, Workplace Violence Prevention Plans (WVPPs), sustainability, and workplace tooling rollouts. This hands-on role owns project and program scope, schedules, and budgets from kickoff through close, bringing workplace standards to life on time, on budget, and to specification. The role leads global workplace programs and vendor contracts, builds the portfolio-level calendar and move/opening playbook, and supports direct delivery of moves, openings, or buildouts where regional workplace coverage or capacity is limited. It partners with Security, HR, Legal, regional Workplace leads, IT, and AV to support consistent global standards and day-one office readiness. The Workplace Project Manager reports to the Global Workplace Operations Manager. The position is based in New York and requires on-site work at Harvey’s NYC office, with travel to other sites as projects require. Compensation is $120,900–$181,300 USD, depending on location.

  • Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at a national or global scale.
  • Strong command of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience partnering with construction, real estate, or facilities teams on office moves or buildouts; direct ownership is not required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to keep complex, fast-moving programs on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on, get-it-done approach.
  • Based in New York and able to work on-site at the NYC office.
  • Willingness to travel to other sites as projects require.

  • Maintain and evolve global design standards for furniture, finishes, and signage.
  • Drive office sustainability initiatives, including vendor and materials selection and energy and waste programs, and track progress against goals.
  • Own global workplace tooling and software rollouts, including evaluating, piloting, and implementing platforms for desk booking, occupancy, and ticketing, and supporting stakeholder training and adoption.
  • Own global and national vendor contracts for categories such as food and beverage, janitorial, and plants, including procurement, negotiation, and master vendor relationships.
  • Build and maintain the FDOB checklist and playbook for regional Workplace leads to use for satellite moves, expansions, and new-office openings.
  • Maintain a portfolio-level calendar of planned expansions and new offices to support sequencing and resourcing.
  • Directly lead moves, openings, or buildouts when a region lacks an established workplace manager or regional capacity is insufficient.
  • Coordinate with IT, Security, and AV to keep day-one readiness standards current in the playbook.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets across global programs and the FDOB playbook; track milestones, dependencies, and risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
