About The Position

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and closure of projects in alignment with the strategic plans of the business. Your responsibilities will encompass project management, documentation, risk evaluation, financial tracking, and reporting, all while adhering to PM best practices. This role includes managing medium to high-priority programs and cultivating complex business relationships.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualifications (Bachelor’s or above) in science or life sciences
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including products in preclinical and clinical development (Phase 1-3)
  • Entry level of project management experience with multiple small projects or one complex project
  • Expertise in at least at least one pharmaceutical drug development functions (clinical ops, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development).
  • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
  • Experience maintaining project management software solutions and project management tools
  • Minimum 2+ years of project and financial management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the product development plan, including activity planning, budget management, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
  • Actively maintain internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, RAID logs, and data. Regularly update and track progress using standardized dashboard reporting.
  • Act as the key internal contact for projects, fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Facilitate regular project updates, document decisions and follow-ups and provide leadership to resolve issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to integrated project teams across the matrixed organization, collaborating with departments such as clinical operations, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to achieve project goals.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks. Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates, and schedule impacts and ensure proper submission to the change management process to maintain project integrity.
  • Develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information, ensuring transparency and adherence across all levels of the organization. Identify schedule risks or slippage and support corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support budget tracking, accruals, purchase orders, SOWs, invoice follow-ups, vendor deliverables, and external partner commitments.
  • Manage cross-functional reporting relationships to ensure traceability of project data and alignment with other systems in the organization. Ensure consistency and accessibility of data for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to ensure KPIs are met. Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, while navigating multi-faceted challenges.
