About The Position

ABM is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to support the delivery of technology initiatives across the enterprise. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery timelines, and governance standards. The Project Manager works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior project leaders to drive successful outcomes and maintain project transparency. ABM operates in a hybrid delivery environment where enterprise governance follows structured planning and oversight processes while many delivery teams leverage Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within both environments and is committed to disciplined execution, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of project management experience in technology or business environments
  • Experience supporting technology projects using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery approaches
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations
  • Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Understanding of project financial tracking and governance processes
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management certification
  • Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of technology projects from initiation through closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports
  • Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams
  • Track deliverables and ensure project activities remain aligned to agreed timelines
  • Escalate issues, risks, and resource constraints as appropriate
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors to support project execution
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items
  • Monitor project dependencies and assist in resolving delivery challenges
  • Support testing, deployment, training, and business readiness activities
  • Work effectively within waterfall governance processes while collaborating with Agile delivery teams
  • Track sprint progress and communicate impacts to project timelines and milestones
  • Help ensure project reporting accurately reflects delivery status and upcoming risks
  • Support coordination across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
  • Identify and communicate potential project risks early
  • Support mitigation planning and issue resolution activities
  • Assist with scope management and change control processes
  • Prepare project status reports and presentation materials
  • Provide accurate updates on schedule, budget, scope, and risks
  • Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts
  • Ensure compliance with established project management standards and practices
  • Support projects involving AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies and delivery approaches
  • Adapt to evolving business and technology requirements
