About The Position

Sigma Software is seeking a Project Manager for its Embedded & IT Support business unit to lead projects in the Smart Home and IoT domains. The role involves managing a project for a leading European company specializing in intelligent, sustainable heating technologies, collaborating with multicultural teams, delivering projects successfully, and building long-term customer relationships in an international environment. The customer develops eco-friendly and energy-efficient indoor climate solutions, including intelligent heating systems, wireless connectivity solutions, and smart control technologies for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Its products aim to optimize energy consumption and promote sustainable living. The Project Manager plans and oversees project execution, manages customer and stakeholder relationships, leads cross-functional teams, and supports account growth. The role also includes people management, continuous process improvement, and supporting AI adoption practices across projects where applicable.

Requirements

At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven experience in risk management and stakeholder management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with cross-cultural and distributed teams.
Practical experience driving AI-related initiatives or adoption practices in projects.
Ability to manage multiple streams and priorities simultaneously.
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach.

High adaptability and flexibility.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing embedded software or hardware-related projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner.
Identify business opportunities and support account growth through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
Tailor project management approaches and delivery models to customer and project needs.
Manage project portfolios, identify risks proactively, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication.
