GZA's Building Services practice focuses on comprehensive hazardous material surveys, abatement and remediation design, mold and indoor air quality studies, regulatory compliance, and contractor oversight. Projects include the demolition and renovation of commercial, industrial, and residential facilities containing regulated materials. Responsibilities include procuring contractors, scheduling, estimating, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, executing health/safety procedures, and providing on-site management during abatement and remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating hazardous building materials for planning, design, and construction management, along with robust leadership and project management skills. Building Services professionals at GZA collaborate with internal teams, other engineering firms, specialty contractors, and directly with clients.
