About The Position

This role is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting various patient care and treatment rooms. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in cleaning procedures, infection control, and safety protocols. This position requires the ability to work independently, organize cleaning duties efficiently, and maintain collaborative relationships with other departments. Confidentiality of sensitive information is paramount.

Requirements

• Skill in cleaning/disinfecting a variety of rooms used for patient care and treatment.
• Knowledge of procedures for cleaning, disinfecting, infection control, and safety.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to organize cleaning duties and prioritize work to complete assignments in an efficient manner.
• Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with nursing and other departments.
• Ability to actively guard the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to the patients, staff and the health system.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of work experience
