About The Position
A customer-focused General Contractor consultant is seeking an Owner's Representative/Construction Project Manager to help them deliver senior housing renovations and commercial projects across the LA metro area while representing their clients interests from planning through completion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management or Owner’s Representative experience on commercial construction projects.
- Commercial renovation experience; comparable experience with a Commercial General Contractor is acceptable.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Verifiable references and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
Nice To Haves
- Senior housing experience preferred
- Post-tensioned (P.T.) concrete construction experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial renovation projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
- Represent owners and coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and project progress.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate project activities, with travel up to 30%.
