Provides project management including adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Plans, schedules or coordinates projects activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance. Coordinates the overall integration of the project. Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities. Oversee the full project management lifecycle, including the project intake process. Create and maintain project documentation (e.g., charters, timelines, communication plans, risk assessments, decision matrices, issue logs, action items, project status updates, schedule management) using TTUS-provided templates and tools in accordance with TTUS PMO standards. Consistently provide exceptional service and maintain effective communication with team members, project team members, and stakeholders at all organizational levels throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with institutional leaders, project teams, external partners, and governance committees to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; facilitate meetings and presentations, foster cross-functional collaboration, remove roadblocks, and promote informed decision-making and accountability. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes; promote and share project management best practices through training and collaboration; and stay current on emerging project management trends and practices, particularly within higher education. Adheres to all appropriate Institutional policies (including IT OPs) and other relevant internal departmental policies and procedures.
