About The Position

73 Strings provides AI-powered data extraction, monitoring, and valuation solutions for the private capital industry. Its platform supports data structuring and standardization, portfolio monitoring, and fair value estimation for clients across strategies such as Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure, and Private Credit.

The Project Manager will work on portfolio monitoring and valuation, contributing to products that use technology to serve the financial services industry. The role independently serves large private market firms and combines project management with subject matter expertise. The successful candidate will use AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency and output quality. This position is remote in the USA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Two to five years of professional services experience in financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or a related industry.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and a proven ability to independently manage complex client projects.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivation and commitment to continuous learning, growth, and performance excellence.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and optimize daily output.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Private Equity and Private Credit valuation methodologies.
• Working knowledge of APIs and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations independently, serving as both Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for sophisticated private market investors across strategies and global regions.
• Develop and refine implementation best practices, train the team, and create and maintain implementation artifacts.
• Monitor customer health and engagement, addressing potential issues proactively to support client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product development teams to create and enhance portfolio monitoring and valuation features for the financial advisory industry.
• Partner with clients to optimize data strategies and integrate technology stacks, promoting efficiency and alignment with best practices.
• Deliver high-quality, client-facing materials that explain complex project requirements.
• Work with leadership to improve implementation and client onboarding.
• Partner with technology and subject matter expert teams to develop algorithms and workflows that automate critical tasks.
