About The Position

The Project Manager works with clients to manage building-material installation projects, performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. This is a field-based role in Salt Lake City, Utah, and a company truck is provided. The stated starting salary is $50,000, based on experience. The role plans installation work, monitors job-site quality and timelines, coordinates resources, resolves issues that could cause delays or added costs, and communicates with clients and internal installation leadership. It also involves developing or revising operating practices, monitoring worker compliance, and maintaining production data.

Requirements

Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Plan installation projects, including priorities and sequences for installed products.
Visit job sites before, during, and after installations to check quality standards and project timelines.
Consult with clients to ensure satisfaction and communicate recommendations for improvement to the Field Supervisor and/or Installation Manager.
Review installation orders or schedules to determine the resources needed to complete projects on time.
Review reports and resolve problems to minimize costs and prevent installation delays.
Develop or revise standard operational and working practices, and observe workers to ensure compliance.
Compile, store, and retrieve production data.
Perform other duties as assigned.
