About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus in the industrial cleaning sector.
In-depth knowledge of techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for projects.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure projects align with Vecta's safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, for projects.
Work closely with the operations team to optimize resource utilization and ensure project deadlines are met.
Conduct regular assessments of resource needs and adjust plans as required.
Utilize your expertise in industrial cleaning techniques to develop efficient and effective project methodologies.
Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate innovative technologies into project strategies.
Provide technical guidance and training to project teams to enhance their competency operations.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in outcomes.
Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with established standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during projects.
Provide regular updates on project progress, address client inquiries, and manage expectations.
Foster positive client relationships by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
