About The Position

H.E. Neumann is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Project Manager plans, develops, coordinates, and directs all aspects of assigned projects from inception through completion, with the goal of maximizing profitability and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate can successfully initiate, execute, track, and close projects, communicate effectively, prioritize work, perform under pressure, and maintain strong customer service and professional business acumen.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial mechanical construction industry.
• Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining a team-focused mentality.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of mechanical plans and specifications and the design/build industry.
• Analyze projects to determine scope, cost, and scheduling requirements.
• Obtain drawings from General Contractors and distribute them to appropriate personnel.
• Obtain permits from General Contractors and local jurisdictions.
• Maintain and review RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Manage cost of goods and material purchasing.
• Prepare and review monthly ECAC (Estimated Cost at Completion) reports.
