About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to help us protect future generations from smartphone addiction by building an AI-first digital wellness app. This role involves directly working with Stephan, who has extensive experience in automated workflows. The core challenge is to develop and implement strategies for our global community, fully automate influencer and affiliate processes, conquer local markets through rapid sprints, and build a system for tracking and measuring results. A key objective is to leverage AI tools to automate day-to-day processes. This is a hands-on role, not purely strategic.

Requirements

• Love AI tools.
• Excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
• Passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing.
• At least 2 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors.
• Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments.
• Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration tests in one-week sprints and measure results.
• Build a system that tracks and measures results.
• Use AI tools to fully automate all day-to-day processes and everything that is done at least once a month.
