Project Manager

Ness Digital Engineering

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who enjoys diverse projects and wants to develop their experience across various areas of enterprise IT. A good project manager, in our opinion, is not defined by a single technology, but by the ability to understand the customer, lead the team, and take responsibility for successful delivery. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can quickly orient themselves in a new environment, seeks solutions, and can gain the trust of customers and the project team. In this role, you will manage projects across two delivery areas – from SAP and other enterprise systems to custom development. This will give you experience with various technologies, methodologies, and project types, and expand your competencies in enterprise delivery. Initially, we will involve you in ongoing projects, and you will gradually take over your own portfolio of customers. You will also gain space to influence project management methods and participate in the development of long-term customer relationships.
