About The Position

Auld & White Constructors is seeking a Project Manager – Work Orders to oversee and deliver high-quality projects that make a lasting impact across Northeast Florida. This role supports the Interiors Division by managing multiple projects ranging from $1,000 to $500,000. The Project Manager will be responsible for business development, estimating, and full project management from proposal through closeout. This includes coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery while strengthening client partnerships and contributing to the division’s growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, systems, and project phases
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management systems
  • Ability to work at our headquarters in Jacksonville, FL – this is not a remote position

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support business development by preparing pricing proposals and cultivating client relationships
  • Collaborate with clients and design partners to develop conceptual designs, estimates, and secure necessary permits
  • Lead project start-up activities, including reviewing estimates, preparing cost codes, and establishing schedules
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor procurement, including bids, purchase orders, and subcontracts
  • Oversee construction progress schedules, client communications, change orders, and project documentation
  • Conduct regular project meetings with owners and design teams to coordinate work with field supervisors
  • Manage RFIs, submittments, shop drawings, and product data to support field personnel
  • Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty follow-up
