About The Position

This is a high-impact Project Manager opportunity within a top-tier, highly regarded investment organization. The role sits within a Security / Cyber PMO and partners directly with senior leadership, including the CSO and CISO, to drive execution of critical, multi-year initiatives. This is a strategic, high-visibility position focused on translating leadership vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and deliverables, driving cross-functional programs across technology, security, and business teams, establishing governance, metrics, and accountability frameworks, and operating as a key partner to senior stakeholders while managing complex initiatives end-to-end. They’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment, is comfortable challenging assumptions, and can bring structure and clarity to evolving priorities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably with some security or technical background.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes and long-term impact across complex programs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey complex ideas clearly and effectively both in writing and in high-stakes meetings with senior leadership, as well as with operational team members.
• Experience leading large, multi-phased initiatives, with strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills in dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
• Prior experience with Security governance and AI.
