About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Salesforce transformation programs, specifically across Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) domains. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of complex enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) and hybrid delivery frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex, cross-functional global teams
  • Solid expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes, including business transformation impacts
  • Strong capabilities in risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
  • Experience in governance management, executive stakeholder engagement, and reporting
  • Proven ability to lead critical phases like UAT, go-live, and post-production support (hypercare)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications (CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Program/Project Management-related)
  • Experience working in global, distributed delivery models
  • Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Quote-to-Cash implementations
  • Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning for large-scale enterprise engagements
  • Drive Agile (Scrum) and hybrid delivery methodologies, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement
  • Manage cross-functional teams spanning CPQ, CLM, Integration, Data, and Testing workstreams
  • Ensure effective risk, dependency, and issue management across complex, integrated system landscapes
  • Establish and run program governance forums, including steering committees and executive reviews
  • Deliver clear and timely executive reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Align technical delivery with Quote-to-Cash business processes and transformation objectives
  • Lead UAT readiness, go-live planning, and hypercare support phases to ensure smooth deployment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and delivery excellence
