About The Position

Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Project Manager with a positive, collaborative work style for our Retail Studio in our Orlando, FL office. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a creative, organized and engaging Project Manager who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through collaboration and breakthrough ideas. Candidates should also have a strong ability to mentor, and prior experience with renovations and new construction. A position you’ll love: You’ll be working with a valued corporate retail clients. You will have primary client relationship duties. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account. Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work. You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work. You’ll be responsible for client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality assurance. Your work will include a variety of tasks including design, production, QA and construction administration responsibilities. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to workplace and community projects in addition to your focus on retail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials
  • Great attention to detail and service to clients
  • Strong organization, communication and presentation skills
  • A working knowledge of Revit is required

Nice To Haves

  • Architectural license strongly preferred
  • Proficiency and ability to draw in Revit strongly preferred
  • Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating client performance
