About The Position

Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Project Manager with a positive, collaborative work style for our Retail Studio in our Orlando, FL office. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a creative, organized and engaging Project Manager who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through collaboration and breakthrough ideas. Candidates should also have a strong ability to mentor, and prior experience with renovations and new construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials.
  • Great attention to detail and service to clients.
  • Strong organization, communication and presentation skills.
  • A working knowledge of Revit is required.
  • Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating client performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Architectural license strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency and ability to draw in Revit strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Primary client relationship duties.
  • Project Management for an ongoing body of work.
  • Client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality assurance.
  • Design, production, QA and construction administration responsibilities.
  • Contribute to workplace and community projects in addition to retail focus.
