About The Position

BECI is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join its team in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana market. The position is considered local, though occasional out-of-market travel is required to train and support other branches and markets. Building enclosure experience is a plus, and training will be provided. The role involves supporting construction projects through building-envelope troubleshooting, onsite quality analysis, investigation reports, construction specifications, and technical assistance to staff. The position is salary-based and offers the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, such as engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience in the construction industry.

Nice To Haves

• Previous building enclosure experience.
• IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC).
• EIT certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
• Visit construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Produce reports based on investigations.
• Assist with preparing construction specifications.
• Provide technical support to staff as required.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and educational programs to stay current with industry trends and support continued professional development.
• Travel occasionally outside the local market to train and support other branches or markets.
