About The Position
BECI is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join its team in the Tampa, Florida market. The position is considered local, with occasional out-of-market travel to train and support other branches and markets. Building enclosure experience is a plus, and training will be provided. The role involves supporting building envelope investigations and construction projects, producing reports, helping prepare construction specifications, and providing technical support. The position is salary-based, with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, such as engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
Nice To Haves
- Previous building enclosure experience.
- IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC).
- EIT certificate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
- Visit construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
- Produce reports based on investigations.
- Assist with preparing construction specifications.
- Provide technical support to staff as required.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and support continued professional development.
