About The Position

BECI is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join its team in the Tampa, Florida market. The position is considered local, but occasional out-of-market travel is required to train and support other branches and markets. Building enclosure experience is a plus, and training will be provided. The role involves supporting construction projects through building-envelope troubleshooting, site visits, quality analysis, investigation reports, specification preparation, and technical assistance to staff. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, such as engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience in the construction industry.

Nice To Haves

• Previous building enclosure experience.
• IIBEC credentials such as RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting building-envelope issues.
• Visit construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Produce reports based on investigations.
• Assist with preparing construction specifications.
• Provide technical support to staff as required.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and support continued professional development.
• Travel out of market occasionally to train and support other branches and markets.
