About The Position

MJ Frick Company is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager who knows how to take a project from plans and pricing to completion and closeout. This is not just a desk position. We’re looking for someone who can lead, communicate, problem-solve, stay ahead of the job, and take ownership of successful plumbing projects.

Requirements

2+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience
Proven plumbing estimating and bidding experience
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Experience with job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Estimate and competitively bid plumbing projects
Review plans, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs
Manage projects from award through final closeout
Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Track budgets, job costs, forecasting, and profitability
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
Work closely with general contractors, clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field crews
Identify problems early and keep projects moving forward
Deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget
