Project Manager, Operations Field National Accounts
About The Position
Elevated Facility Services, powered by APi Group, is seeking a Project Manager to manage elevator service, modernization, and/or repair projects. This role is the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and consistent with Elevated’s service standards. Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience (construction, MEP, elevator, or field services)
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)
- Client relationship management
- Field leadership & coordination
- Risk management & execution discipline
- Strong communication across office + field levels
Nice To Haves
- Elevator industry experience
- PMP or equivalent project certification
- Experience with service + modernization project mix
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle (post award → execution → closeout)
- Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and technicians
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Lead project communications, reporting, and performance reviews with clients
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Oversee billing, change orders, and margin performance
- Partner with Sales, Branch Operations, and Field Teams
- Align with internal stakeholders to resource projects effectively
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, elevator codes, and company safety standards
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
