We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team, contributing to all phases of development from initial vision to final construction. This role requires initiative, competitive drive, and innovation, with the ability to make timely decisions, find practical solutions, and work with urgency. The ideal candidate is self-assured, confident, firm, goal-oriented, motivating, and engaging, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing conditions, delegate effectively, and hold others accountable. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license
  • 10+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Excellent client service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients’ expectations
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
