About The Position
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in land development to support projects from due diligence through construction and closeout.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of real estate/land development experience
- Experience with project management & site development
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
- Ability to read architectural & engineering plans
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Note: This role is focused on land development (not construction/builders background)
Responsibilities
- Manage permitting, design, and development activities
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors & local agencies
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and site feasibility analysis
- Oversee construction progress and project deliverables
- Work on zoning, entitlements, and municipal approvals
