We are currently seeking a Jr. Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems, Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of demonstrable professional experience as a Jr. Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or PMO Analyst, preferably in the Information Technology sector.
  • Proven experience tracking software/hardware implementation, deployment, or installation projects.
  • Fluent command of project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, advanced Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.
  • High-Performance Mindset: Highly structured, proactive, with a relentless focus on detail and organization.
  • Technological DNA: Basic understanding of the technology project lifecycle, differentiating between planning, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Intermediate English (Ability to read technical documentation and send reports).
  • Native Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of traditional methodologies (Waterfall) and/or agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Basic certifications such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily management and execution of projects focused on the installation, implementation, and configuration of technological solutions.
  • Provide punctual and meticulous tracking of work schedules, ensuring the technical team meets established deadlines.
  • Generate, update, and present project status reports (status, metrics, risks, and KPIs) for leaders and clients.
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings, generate precise minutes, and ensure clarity of next steps (Action Items) among vendors, technicians, and clients.
  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays in installations early on and proactively escalate them to Senior Project Managers or Stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation (schedules, requirements, closing minutes) organized and accessible in the company's tools.
