About The Position

AECOM is seeking a candidate for the position of Project Manager IV in Sacramento, CA. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients with multiple projects, ensuring revenue targets are met through flawless project execution and repeat business. The Project Manager IV is responsible for consistently delivering planned profit margins and completing projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion. This position typically manages projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF) and handles more complex clients and projects. The role includes decision-making authority, directing other Project Managers in risk recognition and mitigation, and guiding staff to minimize exposure to claims. The Project Manager IV supervises and directs other Project Managers overseeing multiple projects or programs of projects.

Requirements

  • BA/BS plus + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

  • 8 years of Project Management construction experience
  • Prior healthcare construction project management

Responsibilities

  • Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
  • Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
