You as a Project Manager, Integration will: Manage all facets of a project and take on direct accountability for project delivery to meet and exceed established goals including scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality and risk. Manage projects across the entire project lifecycle including requirements analysis, product specifications, project planning, purchase decisions, implementation, integration, quality assurance, training and deployment. Lead and oversee the complex integration implementation from start to finish including planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, training, and hand-over Assist with creating the integration commissioning plan consisting of pre-functional, functional, and integrated testing while extending to server fail-over and stress / volume testing Collect and analyze gathered data to determine business problems and opportunities and work with stakeholders, consultants and subject matter experts to identify technology solutions. Lead integration activities of building systems over open protocols and the development of Workflow with consultant and end-user. Develop and refine use cases and create documentation to document required use case outcomes and user stories Manage subcontractors effectively to deliver the project on time and on budget Supervise project implementations by partners and vendors
