About The Position

This is a contract role for a Project Manager specializing in Integration. The position requires the individual to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning. The role supports enterprise integration and modernization initiatives involving middleware platforms, API services, DataPower implementations, and Oracle database migration/modernization programs. The Project Manager will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to prioritize backlogs, manage expectations, and align delivery with business priorities. They will monitor sprint metrics, delivery health, team velocity, and capacity planning, and proactively identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies. Additionally, the role involves coordinating release planning, deployment schedules, testing cycles, and production readiness activities, as well as utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile management tools. Governance activities, including status reporting, steering meetings, RAID management, and executive communication, are also key responsibilities. The Project Manager will promote Agile best practices, process optimization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

PMP Certification is required
10–15+ years of experience in IT project/program management with strong Agile delivery experience
Lead and manage Agile and hybrid project delivery models across enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and delivery commitments.
Proven experience managing enterprise technology initiatives involving integrations, middleware, APIs, databases, and modernization programs
Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies, including backlog management and sprint governance.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Agile reporting, release coordination, and project governance practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, daily standups, and stakeholder reviews to support efficient execution and continuous improvement
Coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, middleware, integration, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams to drive successful project outcomes
Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning across multiple concurrent initiatives
Support enterprise integration and modernization initiatives involving middleware platforms, API services, DataPower implementations, and Oracle database migration/modernization programs
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to prioritize backlogs, manage expectations, and align delivery with business priorities
Monitor sprint metrics, delivery health, team velocity, and capacity planning to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery
Proactively identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, escalating issues with clear mitigation plans and executive-ready reporting
Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, testing cycles, and production readiness activities across enterprise platforms
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile management tools to maintain backlogs, track progress, manage reporting dashboards, and ensure documentation accuracy
Drive governance activities including status reporting, steering meetings, RAID management, and executive communication across technology and business stakeholders
Promote Agile best practices, process optimization, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery teams and enterprise programs
